Exotica Hotel & Spa By Zante Plaza, Kalamaki (Zakynthos)

The hotel offers spacious rooms with two bedrooms, each featuring massive beds, two sinks outside the bathroom, and a bath with an over shower. However, the lingering smell of used toilet paper from the small bin outside the room can be a downside. The service provided is excellent, with car hire and housekeeping available. The location is convenient, just a stone's throw away from local stores and beaches. The dining experience is top-notch, with a variety of options including pancakes, fried eggs, and freshly cut fruits. The facilities are well-maintained, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable overall.

I was really excited to stay at the Exotica Hotel. The building was on the pool level, making it easy to access. The bar staff at the pool bar were excellent. However, the room had a shower and toilet with partitions, which led to some toilet smells and dampness inside.

The hotel has done a brilliant job with the rooms, a big thank you from both of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although they could steam up, which might not be ideal if you're not comfortable with who you're staying with. The location is within 2 minutes walking distance of the main strip, offering less queues for food and plenty of choices, but it could use more entertainment options. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited variety, but the meal in the evening was the best. The service was efficient with convenient amenities available.
